    Preparation and Thermal Properties of PA66/MMT Nanocomposites

    • 摘要: 通过熔融插层法制备了尼龙66/蒙脱土(PA66/MMT)纳米复合材料,利用XRD、DSC、TGA和DMA对材料进行了表征.结果表明:复合材料中随着纳米MMT加入量的增多,结晶度降低,过冷度减少,同时晶粒尺寸变小;通过MMT的插层复合,提高了PA66的热分解温度,同时也提高了材料的储存模量及玻璃化转变温度.

       

      Abstract: PA66/MMT nanocomposites were prepared by direct melt blending.XRD results proved that intercalation structure had been achieved.XRD and DSC analyses indicated that the crystallinity and supercooling of nanocomposites decreased and the size of the crystallites was also reduced.The intercalation of mortmorillonite into PA66 played a role as a nucleating agent for crystallization of PA66.The addition of MMT could improve the decomposition temperature,storage modulus and glass temperature of PA66 according to TGA and DMA analyses.
