    Dynamic Recrystallization Behavior of Al-Mn-Mg Alloy for Fusing Roller

    • 摘要: 采用Gleeble-1500型热模拟试验机研究了一种定影辊用铝-锰-镁合金在高温变形时的动态再结晶行为,利用光学显微镜和透射电子显微镜观察了合金在不同压缩条件下的组织形貌特征.结果表明:变形后合金动态回复的平均亚晶尺寸随Z参数的降低而增大,其倒数与Z参数的自然对数和流变应力的双曲正弦项的自然对数均满足线性关系;随着Z值的降低,合金中的主要软化机制逐步由动态回复转变为动态再结晶;合金在Z值不大于1.93×1013 s-1的条件下变形时才可能发生部分动态再结晶.

       

      Abstract: The dynamic recrystallization behavior of Al-Mn-Mg alloy for fusing roller during hot deformation process was investigated by using Gleeble-1500 thermal simulation test machine.The microstructure of the alloy under different compression conditions was analyzed using optical microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.The results show that after deformation the mean dynamic recovery subgrain size increased with the decrease of Z,the reciprocal of the subgrain size had a good linear relationship with the natural logarithm of both Z value and hyperbolic term of flow stress.The main softening mechanism of the alloy transformed from dynamic recovery to dynamic recrystallization with decreasing the Z value.The dynamic recrystallization only occurred at low Z values,which must be below or equal to a constant of 1.93×1013 s-1.
