    • 摘要: 为了提高不锈钢夹层复合板的胶接强度,研究了表面处理、胶粘剂对不锈钢夹层复合板(铝蜂窝夹芯)胶接强度的影响.结果表明:不锈钢基材的表面处理是影响夹层复合板胶接强度的主要因素,盐酸-甲醛法处理的不锈钢板胶接强度最优,相同条件下,国产环氧胶膜夹层复合板胶接性能相对较好,最大胶接强度达到4.63 kN·m-1.

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the adhesion strength of stainless steel sandwich panel,the influence of adhesive and surface pre-treatment of stainless steel sandwich panel on the adhesion strength was studied.The surface pre-treatment is the main factor which influenced the intensity of the sandwich panel.When aluminum honeycomb is used,the chemical surface pre-treatment with hydrochloric acid-formaldehyde resulted in the best adhesion strength.Under the same condition,the domestic epoxy adhesive is better than other adhesives.The highest adhesion strength reaches 4.63 kN·m-1.
