    真空铝热还原法制备金属锶的锶还原率

    Strontium Recovery in Producing Metallic Strontium Using Vacuum Aluminothermic Reduction

    • 摘要: 对真空铝热还原法制备金属锶的锶还原率进行了试验研究,分析了SrO的焙烧工艺、原料粒度、混料压制团块压力、原料配比、真空度、加热温度、还原时间等对锶还原率的影响,并对金属锶进行了化学成分分析,对渣相组成进行了XRD定量分析.结果表明:工艺优化前后均制备出优质锶Sr-1,纯度达99.0%以上;综合工艺优化后,实际锶还原率可提高到60%以上;加热温度控制在1 050 ℃较为合适,提高加热温度对提高锶还原率有利.

       

      Abstract: The strontium recovery in producing metallic strontium using vacuum aluminothermic reduction was investigated.The effects of expetimental conditions such as roasting of SrO,size of the pellets,briquetting pressure,aluminium content,vacuum degree,heating temperature and reduction time on strontium recovery were studied.The purity of metallic strontium was analyzed.The slag was quantitatively phase analyzed by XRD.The purity of metal strontium reaches higher than 99.0% before and after optimizing experimental conditions.The practical strontium recovery would reach more than 60% with optimized experimental conditions.Heating temperature at 1 050 ℃ is suitabile.High temperature might increase the strontium recovery.
