    Annealing Microstructure Homogenization of Cr13 Corrosion Resistant Plastic Die Steel

    • 摘要: 为得到均匀的珠光体球化组织,对三种Cr13型耐蚀塑料模具钢进行了退火组织研究,采用六种不同的热处理工艺对比分析。结果表明:420MOD钢的最佳退火球化工艺为830℃+760℃等温退火,1.2083钢的最佳退火球化工艺为960℃淬火+830℃+760℃等温退火,FT64钢的最佳退火球化工艺为960℃淬火+870℃退火;420MOD钢和1.2083钢应避开870℃左右的温度段,在此阶段会形成片状珠光体和链状组织;FT64钢退火前采用淬火处理可消除带状分布的二次碳化物。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, annealing microstructure of three types of Cr13 corrosion resistant plastic die steel were researched, contrast and analysis of six different heat treatment process, in order to get homogeneous pearlite spheroidization microstructure. The results show that, the best spheroidizing annealing process of 420MOD steel was isothermal annealing of 830℃+760℃, the best spheroidizing annealing process of 1.2083 steel was quenching of 960℃ add isothermal annealing of 830℃+760℃, the best spheroidizing annealing process of FT64 steel was quenching of 960℃ add annealing of 870℃. 420MOD and 1.2083steel should avoid preservation period of about 870℃,to form lamellar pearlite and chain microstructure at this stage. The quenching process before FT64 steel annealing could eliminate banding distribution of secondary carbides.
