    镁合金表面化学镀镍-磷合金稳定剂的选用

    Selection of Stabilizers for Electroless Ni-P Alloy Coatings on Magnesium Alloy

    • 摘要: 研究了KI、KIO3、PbAc2、KIO3+PbAc2和KIO3+硫脲五种稳定剂对镁合金表面化学镀镍-磷合金镀液的稳定性、镀层的表面形貌及性能的影响,并优选出适合于镁合金表面化学镀镍、磷合金镀层的最佳稳定剂.结果表明:随着稳定剂的加入,镀液的稳定性得到了改善,但不同种类稳定剂对镀液的稳定效果不同;二元复合稳定剂所得镀层的表面形貌、质量优于单一稳定剂的;根据镀层的性能,确定出KIO3+硫脲稳定剂是本试验条件下的最佳稳定剂.

       

      Abstract: The effect of different stabilizers,such as KI,KIO3,PbAc2,KIO3+PbAc2 and KIO3+thiourea,on the stability of electroless plating solution,the morphology and performance of Ni-P coatings on magnesium alloy was studied.The adaptive stabilizer for electroless plating on magnesium alloy was selected.The results showed that the stabilizers could improve the stability of electroless plating solution,but the effectivenesses of stabilization were different for different stabilizers.The quality of Ni-P coatings prepared with the binary stabilizers was superior to those prepared with the single stabilizers.According to the performance of Ni-P coatings,KIO3+thiourea was selected as the adaptive stabilizer for electroless Ni-P plating on magnesium alloy.
