    Effects of Tetrapod-Like Zinc Oxide Whiskers on Properties of Silicone Rubber Foam Composites

    • 摘要: 研究了四针状氧化锌晶须对硅橡胶泡沫材料的组织结构、力学和压缩应力松弛性能等的影响.结果表明:四针状氧化锌晶须的加入可以明显提高硅橡胶泡沫材料的密度、硬度和拉伸强度,降低其泡孔的尺寸,优化泡孔的分布;且随加入量的增多,其效果越明显;该材料的压缩应力松弛性能随四针状氧化锌晶须的加入有明显的降低,且加入量越多,降低也越明显.

       

      Abstract: The effects of tetrapod-like zinc oxide whiskers(T-ZnOw)on microstructure,mechanical properties and compressive stress relaxation properties of the silicone rubber foam composites were studied.The results show that the density,hardness and tensile strength of the silicone rubber were increased remarkably with the addition of tetrapod-like zinc oxide whiskers,the average cell diameter size of the composites was reduced.The distribution of the cells was optimized,and the more the addition,the more obvious the increase.The compress stress relaxation properties of the composite were decreased remarkably with the use of the T-ZnOw,and the more the addition,the more obvious the decrease.
