    退火工艺对冷轧无取向硅钢组织与织构的影响

    Influence of Annealing Technology on Structure and Texture of Cold Rolled Unoriented Silicon Steel

    • 摘要: 针对冷轧无取向硅钢退火工艺的特点,研究了退火温度和保温时间对成分为0.004%C,0.33%Si的冷轧无取向硅钢晶粒组织和织构演变的影响.结果表明:退火后,α线上100织构密度明显减弱,取向从112〈110〉向111〈112〉大量聚集;适当增加保温时间有助于提高100〈hkl〉织构,900 ℃退火、保温180 s水冷得到的织构分布比较均匀,001面织构占有率比较高.

       

      Abstract: Considering the annealing technology of cold rolled unoriented silicon steel,the effects of annealing temperature and time on structure and texture were investigated.The results show that the density of 100texture drops obviously in the α line,grains get together from 112〈110〉 to 111〈112〉.And 100〈hkl〉 texture increased with soaking time.The texture distributed homogeneously and the 001 texture’s occupancy is improved when the steel is annealed at 900 ℃,for 180 s and then water-cooled.
