    • 摘要: 在自然大气酸雾、恒温恒湿、中性盐雾箱及自然大气环境中性盐雾四种不同环境下对Q235钢板进行加速锈蚀试验, 并通过拉伸试验研究了锈蚀对Q235钢板力学性能的影响。结果表明: 锈蚀率不大于4%时, 锈蚀对钢材的屈服强度和抗拉强度不产生显著影响; 锈蚀率大于4%时, 锈蚀后钢材的屈服强度和抗拉强度随锈蚀率的增大呈现明显的线性退化趋势; 断后伸长率随锈蚀率的增大呈现明显退化趋势; 锈蚀对弹性模量的影响较为复杂, 需进一步研究。

       

      Abstract: Accelerated corrosion tests for Q235 steel plates were carried out in situations of acid spray in natural atmosphere, constant temperature and humidity, neutral salt spray in box and neutral salt spray in natural atmosphere. Then the effects of corrosion on the mechanical behaviors of corroded steel plates were studied by tensile testing. The results indicate that the tensile strength and yield strength of steel plates were not affected after corrosion when the corrosion ratio was no more then 4%, and obeyed a linear degradation trend with the increase of corrosion ratio when corrosion ratio was more then 4%; the break elongation also degraded with the increase of corrosion ratio. But the effect of corrosion on elasticity modulus of corroded steel plates needs further study.
