    高温过热器炉管的爆管原因

    Reason of Explosion of High Temperature Super-Heater Furnace Tube

    • 摘要: 通过对断口、化学成分和显微组织等的分析,对某石化热电厂高炉高温过热器爆裂炉管进行了失效分析.结果表明:炉管在高温炉气的长期作用下发生内部珠光体球化和外表面渗硫导致晶间腐蚀开裂形成微裂纹是爆管的主要原因.

       

      Abstract: Explosion of furnace tube for blast furnace high temperature super-heater of a petrochemical thermal power plant occured.The failure reasons were analyzed by means of fracture analysis,chemical composition analysis and microstructure observation.The results indicate that inside pearlite spheroidization and surface sulfurizing,occured in the furnace tube under the consecutive effect of furnace gas with high temperature,led to intergranular corrosion cracking and micro cracks formed which was the main reason for the tube explosion.
