    High Temperature Property of AlCrFeNi Multi-principal Element High Entropy Alloy

    • 摘要: 用真空熔炼法制备了AlCrFeNi多主元高熵合金, 利用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜等研究了AlCrFeNi合金铸态及经不同工艺热处理后的组织, 并对合金进行了高温拉伸及蠕变试验。结果表明: 该合金在铸态下是由白色的α-(Cr, Fe)和灰色的NiAl相构成, 呈BCC结构的共晶组织, 硬度为411.3 HV; 随着热处理温度(900~1 200 ℃)的升高, 合金两相结构没有变化, 晶粒略有长大, 具有较好的高温组织稳定性; 700 ℃高温短时拉伸和蠕变试样断口均呈现出沿晶断裂和韧性断裂的混合断口特征, 拉伸时该合金的伸长率和断面收缩率分别为30.6%,41.0%, 具有较好的高温塑性。

       

      Abstract: The AlCrFeNi multi-principal element alloy was prepared using vacuum smelting method. Then the microstructure of alloy after casting and different heat treatments was studied through optical microscopy, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy. And high temperature tensile test and high temperature creep test for the alloy were performed. The results show the cast alloy was consisted of a white α-(Cr,Fe) phase and gray NiAl phase, showing eutectic structure with BCC structure. And its hardness was 411.3 HV. With the heat treatment temperature (900-1 200 ℃) increasing, there was no change of two-phase structure of the alloy, but grains grew up slightly, so this alloy had better structure stability at high temperature. At 700 ℃ both high temperature short time tensile and creep fractures of the alloy displayed a mixing characteristic of intergranular fracture and ductile fracture. The alloy had good plasticity, whose tensile elongation and area reduction rate were 30.6%, 41.0%, respectively.
