    Mechanical and Tribological Properties of Ag/YBa2Cu3O7-δ Self-lubricating Composites

    • 摘要: 利用粉末冶金法制备了组织均匀的Ag/YBa2Cu3O7-δ(YBCO)自润滑复合材料,采用XRD和SEM对其物相组成和显微结构进行了表征,分析了银含量对复合材料显微组织、力学性能和摩擦性能的影响.结果表明:常温常压下,当银质量分数为10%时,复合材料的摩擦性能最好,随银含量增加复合材料硬度减小,断裂韧度增大;真空条件下,复合材料的摩擦因数随银含量的增加而降低,且基本不随滑动速度的变化而变化;当温度降低到超导体的超导转变温度时,YBCO的摩擦因数急剧降低.

       

      Abstract: Ag/YBa2Cu3O7-δ (YBCO) self-lubricating composites with uniform and compact structure were prepared by powder metallurgy method.The phase composition and microstructure was studied by XRD and SEM.The effects of Ag content on the microstructure evolution and related mechanical and tribological properties of the composites were studied.The results showed that at normal temperature and pressure,when Ag content was 10wt.%,the composite had the best tribological properties.With the increase of Ag content,hardness of the composties decreased and fracture toughness increased.Under vacuum condition,the friction coefficient of the composites reduced with the increase of Ag content,and didnt change with the sliding velocity.When the temperature was lowered to below superconducting transition temperature of the superconductor,the friction coefficient decreased sharply.
