高韧性含铜微合金化气体保护焊焊丝的研制
Development of a High Toughness Microalloyed Welding Wire Containing Copper for GSAW

摘要: 在研究碳、钛和铜对焊缝金属影响的基础上,开发了一种含铜微合金化的高强度高韧性气体保护焊焊丝,并且对焊丝的熔敷和焊缝金属开展了常规力学性能、系列冲击、落锤、动态撕裂和CTOD等试验.结果表明:所研制焊丝的焊缝金属具有优良的低温韧性,且实现了以得到针状铁素体组织为主的设计目标.Abstract: Based on the effects of carbon,titanium and copper on the microstructure and mechanical properties of weld metals,a high strength and toughness microalloyed welding wire contained copper for GSAW was developed.A series of test were done,including measurements of conventional mechanical properties,impact energy-temperature,drop-weight,dynamic tear and CTOD.The weld metal showed very good toughness at low temperature,and dominant microstructure of acicular ferrite.
