    铌微合金钢形变连续冷却过程中的相变

    Continuous Cooling Transformation of Nb Micro-alloyed Steel after Deformation

    • 摘要: 在Thermecmastor-Z型热模拟试验机上对20MnSiNb和20MnSi钢进行了单向压缩试验,用热膨胀技术结合组织观察的方法,建立了它们的静态和动态的连续冷却转变曲线,研究了在连续冷却过程中冷却速率、铌及形变对钢γ→α相变过程的影响规律.结果表明:随着冷却速率的增加,铁素体转变开始温度降低,铁素体晶粒得到细化; 20MnSiNb钢中析出的Nb(C,N)促进了γ→α相变,并使铁素体晶粒进一步得到细化;形变对铁素体相变也有促进作用.

       

      Abstract: By using the thermecmastor-Z thermomechanical simulator,hot compression test was performed.The static and dynamic CCT curves of 20MnSi and 20MnSiNb steel were built,and the effects of cooling rate,addition of Nb element and deformation on γ→α continuous cooling transformation of Nb microalloyed steel were studied by mean of thermal dilatation technology and microstructure observation.The results showed that the ferrite transformation temperature is lowered and the grain size is refined with the increasing of cooling rate;the γ→α transformation is accelerated and the ferritic grain was refined further after deformed due to the precipitation of Nb(C,N);and the deformation can also promote the ferritic transformation.
