    几种预硬塑料模具钢的组织与性能对比

    Comparison for Microstructure and Properties of Several Pre-hardened Plastic Mould Steels

    • 摘要: 针对CENA1、S136H、2316ESR、718H和738H五种典型的预硬塑料模具钢, 分别进行了显微组织观察、硬度测试、磨损试验和耐蚀性试验并进行了对比。结果表明: 预硬塑料模具钢的正常显微组织为回火索氏体; 综合考虑耐磨性和耐蚀性, S136H和2316ESR钢比CENA1钢更具优势; S136H钢的耐磨性最优, 2316ESR钢的耐蚀性最好。

       

      Abstract: The microstructure observation, hardness testing, wear and corrosion resistance testing were performed to compare the microstructure and properties of five typical pre-hardened plastic mould steels(CENA1, S136H, 2316ESR, 718H and 738H). The results show that the normal microstructure of the pre-hardened plastic mould steels was tempered sorbite. Considering both wear resistance and corrosion resistance, S136H and 2316ESR steels had more advantageous than CENA1 steel, the wear resistance of S136H steel was the best and the corrosion resistance of 2316ESR steel was the best.
