    Research Development of Reheat Crack in Welded Joint of Low-Alloy Steels Used for Pressure Vessel

    • 摘要: 从影响因素、形成机理和预防再热裂纹的措施三个方面介绍了压力客器用低合金钢焊接接头再热裂纹的研究进展。同时指出了今后一方面应研究不同合金化元素间的交互作用对再热裂纹的影响规律; 另一方面应综合运用多种机理解释工程实践中出现的再热裂纹现象。

       

      Abstract: The research development of reheat crack of low-alloy steel used for pressure vessel is introduced from three aspects: affecting factors, formation mechanisms and measures for preventing the reheat crack. For the further study, it should be strengthened according to the following two aspects: one is the effect rule of interaction effect between different alloying elements on the reheat crack, and the other is comprehensively applying many mechanisms to explain the reheat cracking phenomena appearing in the engineering practice.
