    等径角挤压提高耐热钢的综合力学性能

    Improvement of Mechanical Properties of Heat Resistant Steel by Equal-channel Angular Pressing

    • 摘要: 研究了用等径角挤压变形与热处理工艺相结合提高耐热钢综合力学性能的方法.结果表明:采用等径角挤压变形后再进行固溶+回火热处理工艺,难以提高材料的综合力学性能,而采用固溶+回火+等径角挤压变形+回火工艺,可以显著提高材料的综合力学性能.在技术条件规定的回火温度范围内,回火温度在下限时,屈服强度可提高60%,且塑性满足技术要求,强度的显著提高主要是由形变强化造成的;回火温度在上限时,铁素体基体可发生再结晶,显著细化了晶粒,可同时提高强度和塑性,但幅度不大.

       

      Abstract: The method for improving mechanical properties of heat resistant steel by means of both equal-channel angular pressing(ECAP) and heat treatment was investigated.The mechanical properties were not improved by technics of solution + temper after ECAP,but were greatly improved by technics of solution + temper + ECAP + temper.Yield strength was raised about 60% at the low limit temperature of its specification,and the ductility satisfied the specification.The remarkable improvement of strength was caused by working hardening.At the upper limit temperature of its specification,recrystallization occurred,the grain size was fined significantly,both the strength and ductility were improved a little.
