    Properties of 17MnNiVNbR (WH590) Steel Plate Used for Shell of Tank Truck

    • 摘要: 对拟用作汽车罐车主材的17MnNiVNbR(WH590)钢的性能进行了综合评价, 较系统地研究了其冷热加工性能、力学性能及抗氢致开裂(HIC)性能和抗硫化物应力腐蚀(SSCC)性能。结果表明: 该钢具有优良的冷热加工性能、较优良的强韧性匹配及优良的抗氢致开裂性能和抗硫化氢应力腐蚀性能, 可以作为我国汽车罐车罐体的更新换代材料。

       

      Abstract: Cold and hot workabilities, mechanical properties, hydrogen induced cracking (HIC) and sulfide stress corrosion cracking (SSCC) of 17MnNiVNbR (WH590) steel were systematically investigated. The results show that the steel had excellent cold and hot workabilities, good matching for strength and toughness and excellent restriction on hydrogen induced cracking (HIC) and sulfide stress corrosion cracking (SSCC). The steel is a kind of update steel for shell of tank truck in China.
