    Improvement of Crankshaft Gas Tufftriding Cooling Medium

    • 摘要: 为实现环保要求, 使用PAG水基淬火介质ZY747替代传统的46#机油作为曲轴气体软氮化冷却介质, 研究在新介质下曲轴的变形(跳动量)、疲劳性能、氮化层硬度、生产成本等, 并与原冷却介质进行了比较。结果表明: 新淬火介质对气体软氮化后曲轴的疲劳性能等性能的影响不大, 但是生产成本更低。

       

      Abstract: ZY747 PAG water-based quenching medium was used to replace the traditional 46# engine oil as the crankshaft gas tufftriding cooling medium for enviroment protection. The deformation, fatigue properties of the crankshaft, the hardness of the nitride layer and the production cost were studied, compared with those of the traditional cooling medium. Results show that there was no difference on the fatigue properties of the crankshaft, but could lower the production cost when using this new cooling medium.
