    Influence of Surface Strengthening on Fatigue Property of 30CrMnSiA Steel

    • 摘要: 对30CrMnSiA钢磨削表面分别进行了振动强化和喷丸强化,然后再进行镀铬处理,研究了不同强化方法对该钢疲劳性能的影响.结果表明:该钢表面经过振动强化和喷丸强化处理后,其疲劳强度分别提高了13.0%和19.6%,达到617 MPa和653 MPa;表面经过振动强化和喷丸强化再经过镀铬处理后的疲劳强度略微增加了2.1%和2.6%,达到630 MPa和670 MPa.

       

      Abstract: The surface strengthening of vibration process and shot-peening process had been applied to the grinding surface of 30CrMnSiA steel separately,and then chromium plating was carried out.The effect of surface strenthening methods on the fatigue property of the steel was analyzed.The results show that the fatigue strength was increased by 13.0% and 19.6%,which were 617 MPa and 653 MPa through surface vibration process and surface shot-peening process respectively.The fatigue strength was increased a little bit by 2.1% and 2.6%,which were 630 MPa and 670 MPa through chromium plating after surface vibration process and surface shot-peening process,respectively.
