    采用复合高能喷丸提高工业纯钛的疲劳性能

    Improvement of Fatigue Performance for Commercial Pure Titanium by Combined High-Energy Shot Peening

    • 摘要: 为提高工业纯钛的疲劳性能,首先采用大尺寸弹丸对纯钛表面进行高能喷丸,制备出一定深度的纳米表层,然后采用小尺寸弹丸进行表面修整喷丸;对复合高能喷丸纯钛的表面质量、疲劳强度及疲劳断口形貌进行了分析、测定,并与单纯高能喷丸及未喷丸的进行了对比.结果表明:采用复合高能喷丸可以有效解决工业纯钛高能喷丸造成的表面损伤、粗糙度高等问题,从而显著提高纯钛的疲劳强度,比未喷丸试样的提高了约52.3%,比单纯高能喷丸试样的提高了13.6%.

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the fatigue performance of pure Ti,firstly,nano-crystallization in surface layer of pure titanium was carried out by high-energy shot peening with shots in big diameter,and then the shot peening with shots in small diameter was introduced to degrade the surface damage.Took determination to the surface quality of combined shot peening,fatigue strength and fatigue fracture morphology.Then compared the results to the high-energy shot peening with pure and unpeened sample.The results show that the combined high-energy shot peening on surface layer of pure titanium could effectively ameliorate the surface damage and high roughness which were caused by high-energy shot peening,thus the fatigue strength of pure titanium significantly.Comparing with the unpeened samples the fatigue strength of the samples by combined high-energy shot peening increased by 52.3% and comparing with the high-energy shot peening the fatigue strength was relatively increased by 13.6%.
