    高速钢大截面锻材的生产工艺优化

    Production Process Optimization of Large-section Forged Bars of High Speed Steel

    • 摘要: 对高速钢大截面锻材的生产工艺进行了优化,利用现有快锻机,通过采用特殊的FM锻造法生产大截面锻材,锻造拔长过程锻材心部不产生拉应力,有效地防止了大截面锻材内部的纵向碳化物处裂纹缺陷的产生。

       

      Abstract: The production process of large-section forged bars of high speed steel was optimized with the existing open die forging press. Special FM forging method was used to avoid tensile stress generating in the center of large forged bars, thus preventing internal longitudinal cracks caused by carbides.
