    钢的碳分配热处理工艺与热力学研究现状

    Research Status of Heat Treatment Process and Thermodynamics of Carbon Partitioning of Steels

    • 摘要: 综述了淬火-碳分配(Q-P)及淬火-碳分配-回火(Q-P-T)工艺;介绍了在线热处理(HOP)碳分配工艺在抗大变形管线钢生产中的应用;阐述了碳分配的限制条件碳准平衡态热力学的主要研究成果,并与正平衡态热力学进行了比较;并指出了现有理论研究存在的不足,对碳分配工艺与机理研究的新方向进行了展望.

       

      Abstract: The quenching partitioning (Q-P) and the quenching partitioning tempering (Q-P-T) processes are summarized.The application of the carbon partitioning process with heat treatment on-line process (HOP) to high deformability pipeline steels is introduced.Thermodynamics of the constrained carbon paraequilibrium (CCE) of the carbon partitioning is expounded and compared with that of the orthoequilibrium.The deficiencies of the existing theoretical research are pointed out,and the new research directions about the process and the mechanism of carbon partitioning are looked forward.
