    膨胀石墨对油田含油废水的动态吸附

    Dynamic Adsorption of Expanded Graphite for Oil in Waste Water of Oil Field

    • 摘要: 以膨胀石墨为吸附剂自制过滤柱作为吸附装置,使用分光光度计制作标准曲线并对水中含油量进行测定,对膨胀石墨吸油性能进行了研究.结果表明:在使用初始阶段吸附量较低,但随后升高且稳定,当使用次数增加到动态吸附饱和后水中残油量才开始上升;膨胀石墨的吸附量随膨胀石墨致密度的增加而增加;随水流速度的增加而减小.

       

      Abstract: A filtration pillar filled with expanded graphite was designed as testing device for absorbing oil in waste water.The oil concentration in water was determined by a spectrometer with calibration curve.The oil concentration in filtrated water was about 6 mg/L to 15 mg/L at the very beginning,and soon reached lower than 5 mg/L ,a very satisfying level for the water to be poured back to underground.The influence of pore structure of expanded graphite on absorbing capability was analyzed.It was found that the absorbing capability of expanded graphite increased with the increase of compact density and decreased with the increase of flowing rate of waste water.
