    亚温淬火对钻杆钢组织和性能的影响

    Effect of Subcritical Quenching on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Drill Pipe Steel

    • 摘要: 采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜观察及力学性能测试等方法, 研究了亚温淬火对S135钻杆钢显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明: 在760~800 ℃进行亚温淬火处理, S135钻杆钢可获得铁素体和马氏体的双相组织; 随着亚温淬火温度的升高, 马氏体体积分数不断增加, 铁素体体积分数不断减少, 材料的硬度和强度升高, 塑性和韧性下降, 材料由韧性断裂向脆性断裂转变, 其微观断口特征由最初的韧窝转变为解理。

       

      Abstract: Effects of subcritical quenching on the microstructure and the mechanical properties of S135 drill pipe steel were studied by means of optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and mechanical property testing. The results show that the ferrite-martensite dual phase microstructure of S135 drill pipe steel were obtained in the range of 760-800 ℃. With increasing of subcritical quenching temperature, the volume fraction of martensite, the strength and hardness of the steel increased, and the volume fraction of ferrite, the plasticity and toughness of the steel decreased, the fracture mode changed from ductile fracture to brittle fracture, the fracture morphology changed from dimples to cleavage.
