    镁金属提炼和精炼工艺的研究进展

    Research Progress in Magnesium Production and Refining Processes

    • 摘要: 主要综述了电解法(DOW、Farben、Magnola三种工艺)和热还原法(Pidgeon、Bolzano、Magnetherm三种工艺)提炼镁的工艺原理、流程及特点, 并进行了评述; 对目前镁金属的三种精炼工艺进行了比较, 认为采用氧化镁泡沫陶瓷过滤器精炼镁金属是一种非常有前景的方法。

       

      Abstract: The principle, technology process and characteristics of magnesium production processes are mainly summarized and discussed simply, the production processes including electrolysis process (DOW, Farben and Magnola processes) and thermal reduction process (Pidgeon, Bolzano and Magnetherm processes). By comparing with three kind of refining processes of magnesium at present, it is concluded that refining magnesium metal using MgO ceramic foam filters will be a promising methods in future.
