    Production Processing and Properties of UNS N08904 Super Austenitic Stainless Steel Seamless Pipe

    • 摘要: 采用冷轧、冷拔、退火处理及酸洗等工艺实现了32 mm×7 mm规格UNS N08904超级奥氏体不锈钢无缝管的国产化, 并对成品管的室温力学性能、晶粒度和晶间腐蚀性能等进行了研究。结果表明: 退火处理和酸洗为关键的生产工艺, 中间退火工艺为(1 060~1 100) ℃×40 min, 成品退火工艺为(1 040~1 080) ℃×35 min, 酸洗液为6%HF+12%HNO3, 酸洗温度为30~40 ℃, 酸洗时间为15 h, 在此工工艺条件下成品不锈钢无缝管的各项性能均符合相关标准要求。

       

      Abstract: UNS NO8904 super austenitic stainless steel seamless pipe with size of 32 mm×7 mm was localized in China by cold rolling, cold drawing, solid solution and pickling treatments, and the mechanical properties at room temperature, grains size, intergranular corrosion performance of the finished pipe were studied. The results show that the key processes were solid solution and pickling, the mid-annealing process was (1 060-1 100) ℃×40 min and the finished annealing process was (1 040-1 080) ℃×35 min. The pickling solution was comprised by 6vol%HF and 12vol% HNO3 and the pickling temperature and time were 30-40 ℃ and 15 h,respectively. The properties of the finished pipe were agree with the relevant standards under the above processes.
