    Corrosion Failure Analysis of Colored Plate of Q235B

    • 摘要: 通过宏观形貌观察、化学成分分析、扫描电镜及EDS能谱分析等手段, 分析了某企业车间屋顶Q235彩钢板腐蚀失效的原因, 并给出了改进措施。结果表明: 屋顶彩钢板的严重腐蚀是高温气流及氧和硫腐蚀共同作用的结果, 车间屋顶局部环境中超高浓度的SO2是腐蚀速率增大的主要原因; 建议在彩钢板表面喷涂防锈漆或聚脲材料, 改进生产工艺和流程, 做好定期检验和在线检查工作。

       

      Abstract: Through macro morphology observation, chemical composition analysis, scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy, the reasons for corrosion of the colored plate of Q235 as an enterprise′s workshop were analyzed, and the improved measures were also put forward. The results indicated that serious corrosion of the colored plate was due to a joint action of high temperature air, oxygen corrosion, and sulfur corrosion. The high concentration of sulfur dioxide in the of workshop roof was the main reason for the increased corrosion rate. It is suggested to spray antirust paint or polyurea material on the color steel surface, improve production process and do regular check and online inspection.
