X80管线钢在酸性土壤模拟溶液中的腐蚀行为
Corrosion Behavior of X80 Pipeline Steel in Simulated Acid Soil Solution

摘要: 采用失重法、电化学测试法、SEM及XRD分析等方法研究了原始态(焊态)和退火态X80管线钢在酸性土壤模拟溶液中的腐蚀行为.结果表明:在酸性土壤模拟溶液中,随着浸泡时间的延长,原始态与退火态X80管线钢平均腐蚀速率和腐蚀趋势均减小,而瞬时腐蚀速率先增大后减小;腐蚀产物主要由γ-FeOOH(表层)和Fe3O4(内层)组成;退火态X80管线钢的耐腐蚀性能低于原始态的,这主要与X80管线钢的显微组织因热处理发生变化以及试样表面生成腐蚀产物的完整性和致密性有关.Abstract: The corrosion behavior of original and annealing states X80 pipeline steel was investigated in simulated acid soil solution using weight loss method,electrochemical measurement,scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD).The results show that the average corrosion rate and corrosion tendency of X80 pipeline steel in original state and annealing state both decreased,and the instantaneous corrosion rate first increased and then decreased.The corrosion products were composed of γ-FeOOH in the surface layer and Fe3O4 in the inner layer.The corrosion resistance of X80 pipeline steel decreased after annealing heat treatment because of the change of microstructure and the integrity and the compactness of corrosion product films formed on the surface of the specimen.
