    多向纤维缠绕玻璃钢管的轴向压缩性能

    Study on Axial Compressive Properties of Multidirectional Filament Wound Tubes

    • 摘要: 以经典层合板理论为基础,通过Matlab语言编程,建立了多向纤维缠绕管的力学分析模型,预测出了轴向压缩强度;并分别对多个试样进行了轴向压缩力学性能测试.结果表明:测试结果与理论预测结果吻合较好;添加轴向增强层(即0°纤维层)试样的轴向力学性能得到了明显改善.

       

      Abstract: The axial compressive properties of the multidirectional filament wound tubes(MFWT) were studied both theoretically and experimentally.Based on the classical laminate theory,the mechanical analysis model of the tubes was established and implemented by the program of Matlab language,from which the axial compressive strength was predicted.Then the specimens with different parameters were fabricated and tested under axial compressive load respectively.Generally,the theoretical model meet the experimental results well.Furthermore,the test results were analyzed,which show that the axial properties of the MFWT are obviously strengthened with the incorporation of the axial reinforcement.
