    稀土对AM60B镁合金组织遗传性和性能的影响

    The Effect of Rare Earth on Structures Heredity and Performance of AM60B Magnesium Alloys

    • 摘要: 针对采用纯AM60B镁合金原料及不同量的镁合金铸件废料生产AM60B镁合金的方法,研究了稀土元素对其组织和性能的影响.结果表明:不论是否加入废料,当稀土合金的加入量为0.5%时,组织遗传性仍然存在;随着加入量的逐渐增加,这种遗传性开始受到破坏,当加入量为10%时,AM60B镁合金的组织遗传性开始消失;镁合金的力学性能随着废料加入量的增加明显下降;当废料加入量一定时,随着稀土合金加入量的增加,合金的抗拉强度和伸长率都有明显改善,而当加入量达到1.0%以后,其性能增加的幅度开始趋缓,并且伸长率已呈现下降的趋势.

       

      Abstract: The effect of RE on the structures and performance the effect for original material of AM60 magnesium alloy was studied.When the content is 0.5%,the heredity of structure is still exist.With the increase of the RE,the heredity will be destroyed.When the content of rare earth is 1.0%,the heredity of AM60 magnesium alloy is disappeared.The mechanical properties of the magnesium alloy decreased with the scrap increasing.For the same scrap content,the tensile strength and elongation percentage of the alloy increase obviousely with the increase of RE additions.But,when the RE content is more than 1.0%,the increase of properties become slowly,and the elongation percentage change with the trend of decreasing.
