    低中高温再多级时效处理对7175铝合金组织和性能的影响

    The Effect of Re-solution and Re-ageing on Mechanical Properties and Microstructure of 7175 Aluminum Alloy

    • 摘要: 采用拉伸试验、电导率测试及电镜观察等方法,研究了重固溶后低温-中温-高温(LMH)再多级时效制度对7175铝合金组织与性能的影响.结果表明:经过 100 ℃×2 h+130 ℃×6 h+180 ℃×5 h再时效后,7175铝合金的综合性能有所提高,并且高强度的获得对时效参数的变化不敏感;同时,当7175铝合金晶内析出相为更多更细小的GP区和小尺寸的η′相,且晶界析出相粗大不连续时,材料将具有良好的综合性能.

       

      Abstract: The effects of re-solution and re-ageing on mechanical properties and microstructural characteristics of 7175 aluminum alloy were evaluated by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy (TEM),mechanical properties and conductivity tests.The best general properties could be attained by reageing of 100 ℃×2 h+130 ℃×6 h+180 ℃×5 h.When the microstructural characteristics of 7175 exhibited more fine Guinier-Proston zones and η′ phase in the matrix and large particles in the grain boundary,the alloy had the best general properties.
