    超音速火焰喷涂制备WC-10Co-4Cr涂层工艺参数的优化

    Optimizaiton of Technical Parameters in the Preparation of WC-10Co-4Cr Coating by High Velocity Oxygen Fuel Spraying

    • 摘要: 采用超音速火焰喷涂(HVOF)系统在Q235钢表面制备了WC-10Co-4Cr涂层, 用正交试验方法研究了喷涂距离、氧气流量、煤油流量等工艺参数对涂层孔隙率和显微硬度的影响。结果表明: 氧气流量是影响涂层孔隙率和显微硬度的最显著因素, 煤油流量和喷涂距离的影响较小; 最佳工艺参数为氧气流量897 L·min-1、煤油流量0.38 L·min-1、喷涂距离300 mm, 在此工艺参数下制备涂层的孔隙率为0.31%, 显微硬度为1 323 HV。

       

      Abstract: WC-10Co-4Cr coatings were sprayed by high velocity oxygen fuel on the surface of Q235 steel, and orthogonal experimental design was used to analyze the effects of the spray parameters including spray distance, oxygen and kerosene flow rates on the porosity and microhardness of the sprayed coating. The results show that oxygen flow rate played the most important role on the porosity and microhardness of the coating, while the spray distance and kerosene flow rate had less effect on the properties of the coating. At the optimized spray parameters as following: oxygen flow rate 897 L·min-1, kerosene flow rate 0.38 L·min-1and spray distance 300 mm, the porosity of the coating was 0.31%, and the microhardness was 1 323 HV.
