    烘干温度对机械镀锌层物相组成和性能的影响

    Effects of Drying Temperature on Phase Compositions and Properties of Mechanical Galvanizing Coatings

    • 摘要: 在Q235钢基体上进行机械镀锌后,分别在100,200,300 ℃保温1 h进行了烘干处理,采用表面洛氏硬度计和铁试剂法研究了烘干温度对镀层表面硬度和孔隙率的影响,用X射线衍射仪研究了烘干温度对镀层物相组成的影响,用中性盐雾试验和电化学极化试验研究了烘干温度对镀层耐腐蚀性能的影响.结果表明:机械镀锌后,烘干温度在100~300 ℃范围内时,镀层中没有出现固溶体或金属间化合物,提高烘干温度不会使镀层的物相发生改变;烘干温度的高低对镀层的孔隙率、表面硬度和耐腐蚀性能都没有明显的影响.

       

      Abstract: Zinc coatings on Q235 steel prepared by mechanical galvanizing were dried at 100 ℃,200 ℃ and 300 ℃ for 1 h respectively.Surface hardness of the coating was studied by surface Rockwell hardness tester,and the porosity was tested by iron reagent method.XRD was used to study the phase compositions of the coatings.The effect of drying temperature on the corrosion resistance of the coatings was studied by salt spray test and potentiodynamic polarization.The results show that no alloy compounds or solid solution formed in the coating in the temperatures range of 100-300 ℃,and drying temperature had no effects on surface hardness,porosity and corrosion resistance of the coatings.
