    变质处理对环境友好型硅黄铜γ相及切削性能的影响

    Effects of Modification Treatment on γ Phase and Cutting Property of Environment-Friendly Silicon-Brass

    • 摘要: 以硅代铅通过变质处理制备了含硅无铅环境友好型易切削黄铜, 并研究了变质处理对γ相形貌、硬度以及硅黄铜切削性能的影响。结果表明: 变质处理不仅可改变γ相的形态, 使其成点状弥散分布于β相中, 而且可有效降低γ相的硬度; γ相与β相的相界处存在间隙, 切削时能起到很好的断屑作用。

       

      Abstract: A environment-friendly lead-free cutting silicon-brass was prepared by replace lead with silicon and modification treatment, and the effects of modification treatment on morphology, hardness of γ phase and the cutting performance of the silicon-brass were studied. The results show that modification treatment not only changed γ-phase′s morphology and made it distribute diffusely in β phase in a point-like form, but also could effectively reduce the microhardness of γ phase. The gap between γ phase and β phase could play a good role for chip breaking during cutting.
