    Quasi-static Compression Energy-absorption Properties of Steel Honeycomb Structures

    • 摘要: 利用MTS810型材料试验机对Q215钢蜂窝夹芯结构进行了准静态压缩试验,分析了其结构参数对抗压强度和比吸能值的影响.结果表明:Q215钢蜂窝夹芯结构具有良好的吸能特性,比吸能值达到5~38 kJ·kg-1;沿x,y方向压缩时,抗压强度和比吸能值均随面板厚度与夹芯厚度比的增加而增大;沿z方向压缩时,抗压强度和比吸能值均随胞壁厚度与胞壁边长比的增加而增大.

       

      Abstract: The quasi-static compressive experiments of plain carbon steel Q215 were conducted on MTS810 tester.The effect of structure parameters on specific energy-absorption and compressive strength was analyzed for steel honeycomb structures.The results show that honeycomb structures of plain carbon steel Q215 were characterized by excellent energy-absorption capacity with the specific energy-absorption of 5-38 kJ·kg-1.The compressive strength increased with the ratio of face thickness to core thickness for x and y direction compression.Meanwhile they increased with the ratio of cell wall thickness to cell length for z direction.
