    Thermal Conductivity Property of Closed-cell Pure Aluminum Foam

    • 摘要: 采用隔热测试仪研究了闭孔泡沫纯铝的孔隙率和孔径对其导热性能(导热系数)的影响.结果表明:闭孔泡沫纯铝的导热性能受传导、对流、辐射三者的综合影响;孔隙率为83.2%~91.0%的闭孔泡沫纯铝的导热系数随孔隙率的增大而减小,而孔径对导热系数的影响没有一定规律;在孔隙率为83.2%~91.0%、孔径为2.5~5.3 mm时,闭孔泡沫纯铝的导热系数在常温下为0.297~0.752 W/(m·K).

       

      Abstract: The thermal conductivity coefficient of closed-cell pure aluminum foam was measured as a function of porosity and cell size. The results show that the thermal conductivity property of the closed-cell pure aluminum foam was influenced by conduction,convection and radiation. The thermal conductivity coefficient of closed-cell pure aluminum foam decreased with the increase of porosity,and the cell size showed no obvions influence on the thermal conductivity coefficient. The thermal conductivity coefficient of samples with porosity of 83.2%-91.0% and cell size of 2.5-5.3 mm at room temperatare was 0.297-0.752 W/(m·K).
