    采用叠层模板电沉积工艺制备金属零件

    Metal Parts Manufactured by Laminated Template Electrodeposition

    • 摘要: 采用叠层模板电沉积工艺分别沉积制备了不同形状的铜零件;研究了模板材料、模板形状、电流方式及电流密度等工艺参数对零件表面质量和尺寸精度等的影响.结果表明:采用该工艺可制备各种几何形状的金属铜零件;沉积面几何形状的复杂性引起了电场的非均匀分布并导致了边缘效应的产生,这是沉积表面质量恶化的主要原因;脉冲电流可以比直流电流获得表面质量更好的零件,但沉积效率相对较低.

       

      Abstract: Copper parts with different profiles were produced by using laminated template electrodeposition. The effects of template materials,template geometry,current type and current density on the surface quality,dimensional precision of the deposited metal parts were studied. The results show that laminated template electrodeposition could produce copper parts with different shapes. Complexity of the deposition surface geometry resulted in the non-uniform distribution of the electric field and the emergence of edge effect,which was the main reason for the deterioration of deposition surface quality. Metal parts with better surface quality could be gained by using a pulse current than a direct current,but the deposition effect of the former was lower than the latter.
