    Preparation and Properties of Diffusion and Deposition Composite Layer of Mo-N on Ti6Al4V Alloy Surface

    • 摘要: 利用等离子表面合金化技术在Ti6Al4V合金表面制备了钼-氮渗镀复合层, 通过调整氮氩流量比获得3种表面渗镀复合层, 对渗镀复合层的组织结构、显微硬度、耐腐蚀性能进行了研究。结果表明: 氮氩流量比影响合金表面渗镀复合层的组织结构、硬度; 渗镀复合层可明显提高Ti6Al4V合金在质量分数为37%沸腾盐酸溶液中的耐腐蚀性能; 随着氮氩流量比的增加, 复合层的厚度增加, 硬度提高, 耐腐蚀性能变差。

       

      Abstract: The diffusion and deposition composite layers of Mo-N were fabricated on titanium alloy of Ti6Al4V surface by the plasma surface alloying technique. Three kinds of the composite layers were obtained by adjusting ratio of N2 to Ar. The structure, microhardness, resistant corrosion property of composite layers on the surface of alloy were investigated respectively. The results show that the structure and hardness of the diffusion and deposition composite layers on the surface of alloy were affected by ratio of N2 to Ar and the composite layer could increase resistant corrosion of Ti6Al4V alloy in 37wt% boiling HCl solution. The thickness of composite layers raised, hardness increased and corrosion resistance worsened with increase of ratio of N2 to Ar.
