    杂化封孔剂中KH-570含量对等离子喷涂涂层封孔性能的影响

    Effect of Contents of KH-570 in Hybrid Sealing Agents on Sealing Property of Plasma Sprayed Coating

    • 摘要: 以等离子喷涂Al2O3-13%TiO2陶瓷层为封孔对象,采用溶胶-凝胶法(以TEOS为SiO2的前驱体)制备了一种新型KH-570/SiO2杂化封孔剂,研究了封孔剂中KH-570含量对涂层封孔效果的影响.结果表明:KH-570成功接枝到SiO2表面,形成了KH-570/SiO2有机-无机杂化材料;当TEOS与KH-570的体积比为4∶5时,杂化封孔剂的性能优良,其固含量为36.66%,可以获得均匀、无裂纹的膜层,此时涂层中的孔隙率最低,为4.88×10-3%.

       

      Abstract: A sort of novel KH-570/SiO2 hybrid sealing agent was prepared by sol-gel method(taking TEOS as the precursor of SiO2),and it was used to treating the surface of plasma sprayed Al2O3-13% TiO2 coating,and the effect of KH-570 content on sealing property of the coating was studied.The results reveal that,KH-570 was grafted onto the surface of SiO2,and formed the organic-inoganic hybrid material KH-570/SiO2.When the volume ratio of TEOS to KH-570 was 4∶5,the property of the hybrid sealing agent was good with solid content of 36.66%,the uniform film without cracks was obtained,meanwhile the sealed coating had the lowest porisity of 4.88×10-3%.
