    Oxidation Behavior of Ti(C,N)-Based Cermets at 900-1150℃

    • 摘要: 为研究Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷在高温条件下的可应用性,采用XRD、SEM、EDS等方法分析了该陶瓷在900~1 150℃的氧化行为及其机理.结果表明:在900~1 150℃范围内,陶瓷氧化程度随氧化温度的升高而显著增加,其质量增加曲线近似呈抛物线形;在900℃空气中氧化100 h后,陶瓷表面生成致密氧化膜(NiO+TiO2),厚度小于10 μm,对基体具有保护作用;而在1 150℃条件下,在致密层氧化膜(NiO+TiO2)表面衍生出岛状疏松层(TiO2),100 h后厚度达80 μm,氧化膜逐渐失去保护作用.

       

      Abstract: In order to research the applicability of Ti(C,N)-based cermets at high temperatures.Oxidation behavior and mechanism at 900-1 150℃ of the lermet material were investigated by means of XRD,SEM,EDS.The results show that from 900 to 1 150℃,the oxidation degree obviously increased with the elevation of temperature,and the curves of gained mass were liner to parabola.After oxidation at 900℃ for 100 h in the air,thickness of the compact oxide layer generated on the surface of the material was less than 10 μm with composition of NiO+TiO2,which could protect the matrix.While on the condition of 1 150℃,loose layer with the main composition TiO2 derived from the inner compact one with thickness more than 80 μm,which lost the protection to matrix gradually.
