    Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Al2O3p/AZ91 Mg-BasedComposites Prepared by RS/PM Process

    • 摘要: 采用自制的双辊雾化急冷设备,用快速凝固结合粉末冶金方法制备了Al2O3颗粒增强AZ91镁基复合材料,研究了该复合材料的显微组织、相组成和力学性能.结果表明:Al2O3颗粒增强相在基体中分布均匀,复合材料的室温δ、σb、σ0.2分别为2.00%,325.00 MPa,293.64 MPa;复合材料表现出较好的高温力学性能,473 K时,其δ、σb、σ0.2分别为11.24%,209.75 MPa,195.53 MPa.

       

      Abstract: AZ91 Mg-based composites reinforced by Al2O3 particles were produced by self-made twin-roller atomization chilling unit using rapid solidification (RS) and powder metallurgy (PM) method.The microstructure,phase composition and mechanical properties of the composites were investigated.The results show that the particle reinforced phases distributed homogeneously in the substrate.The room temperature δ,σb,σ0.2 were 2.00%,32500 MPa,293.64 MPa,respectively.The composites exhibited excellent elevated temperature mechanical properties,that the δ,σb,σ0.2 at 473 K were 11.24%,209.75 MPa,195.53 MPa,respectively.
