    罩式退火冷轧家电板的耐腐蚀性能及腐蚀机理

    Corrosion Resistance and Mechanism of Batch Annealled Cold Rolled Plate for Home Appliance

    • 摘要: 采用电化学加速模拟腐蚀试验、组织观察等研究了罩式退火冷轧家电板的耐腐蚀性能及腐蚀机理,并与连续退火冷轧家电板的耐腐蚀性能进行了对比.结果表明:连续退火冷轧板的耐腐蚀性能优于罩式退火冷轧板的;罩式退火冷轧板的保温时间长、保温温度高,易产生锰、铬、硅等活性元素向其表面富集而生成颗粒状氧化物;以这些氧化物为负极、铁基体为正极构成的腐蚀微电池是罩式退火冷轧家电板表面锈蚀的根本原因.

       

      Abstract: The corrosion properties and mechanism of batch annealled cold rolled plate for home appliance were studied by the means of the corrosion test accelerated by electrochemistry and microstructure observing,and the corrosion resistance of the batch annealled plate were compared with that of the continuous annealled plate.The results show that the corrosion resistance of the continuous annealled plate is superior to that of the batch annealled plate.For longer heating time and higher temperature,some active elements as Mn,Cr and Si elements enrich to the batch annealed plate surface and generate the granular oxides.The primary cause for the batch annealed plate surface rusting is the micro-battery forming by the oxides as cathode and iron substrate as anode.
