Abstract:
A kind of martensitic stainless hard-facing flux-cored wire with good weldability was developed by optimizing the contents of Mo and Ni. The deposited metals were prepared on Q235 steel substrate by submerged arc welding, and the effects of Mo and Ni content on microstructure, hardness and high temperature wear resistance of deposited metal were studied. The results show that the microstructure of deposited metals were martensitic, retained austenite and carbide. The hardness and high temperature wear resistance of deposited metal could be obviously improved by adding Mo and Ni, and could reached the best when the content of Mo and Ni was 2wt%, respectively, and the hardness was 47.8 HRC and the loss mass was 3.6 mg.
