    The Computer Solidification Simulation of Large-scale Pelagic Ship Rudder Horn

    • 摘要: 利用三维绘图软件solidworks对大型挂舵臂铸钢件做实体造型,应用华铸CAE软件完成铸造过程温度场的数值模拟,预测铸件产生缩松、缩孔的部位和形成原因,在此基础上对其铸造工艺进行优化.结果表明:利用华铸CAE技术有助于缩短产品试制周期,减少试制损耗,提高企业经济效益和竞争能力.

       

      Abstract: Using three dimensional drawing software solidworks to make the solid mass model of large-scale rudder horn steel casting.The temperature field numerical had been made with HUAZHU CAE software.The location and the cause of shrink were forecasted and optimized technological.The result shows that it can shorten pre-periodic time and reduce pre-loss,and increase economic benefits and competitive strength of enterprise by HUAZHU CAE technology.
