    Deepdrawing Forming with Ceramic Granules as Press Transfer Medium

    • 摘要: 用四种不同直径的陶瓷颗粒作为传力介质,对陶瓷颗粒介质拉深成型工艺条件下筒形件的拉深进行试验研究.结果表明:陶瓷颗粒介质拉深成型时钢板的危险区域在顶部(胀形区)与传力区之间的过渡区域;钢板的成型能力随着陶瓷颗粒装入量的减小会显著提高;在陶瓷颗粒装入量相同的情况下,当陶瓷颗粒直径较大(>0.6 mm)时,钢板的成型能力随着陶瓷颗粒直径的减小而提高;但当陶瓷颗粒直径减较小(<0.6 mm)时,钢板的成型能力不随粒径的变化而变化.

       

      Abstract: Ceramic granules with four diameters were selected as pess transfer medium,and the deepdrawing forming experiments of columnar parts were carried out.The results showed that the transition region from the bulging region to the drawing region was easy to rupture,and the forming ability of the sheet increased with decrease of the diameter.When the quantity of ceramic granules was constant,and the ceramic granules diameter was larger than 0.6 mm,the forming ability of the sheet increaseed with the decrase of the diameter.The forming ability of the sheet didnt increase when the ceramic granules diameter was decreased to 0.6 mm.
