Abstract: Monte Carlo computer simulation of grain growth is very important in research of grain growth.Voronoi model is the key step in this computer simulation.The principle,method and establishment of this model are introduced in this paper.List structure is applied in this model.The experiment indicates that the list structure can improve efficiency greatly in simulation.
