Effect of Heat-Treatment on Damping Capacity of Ni-Ga-Fe-Co Ferromagnetic Shape Memory Alloy

摘要: 采用低频扭摆仪研究了不同温度热处理(700和900 ℃)对Ni49Ga27Fe21Co3铁磁形状记忆合金阻尼性能的影响.结果表明:当应变振幅小于5.0×10-5时,铸态合金的阻尼性能主要取决于频率,当应变振幅大于5.0×10-5时主要取决于应变振幅;经热处理后合金中(Fe,Ni)固溶体发生分解并析出新相;经热处理后Ni49Ga27Fe21Co3合金的阻尼主要依赖于加载频率,且阻尼性能优于铸态合金的,最大阻尼值为0.023.Abstract: The effect of heat-treatment at different temperatures (700 ℃ and 900 ℃)on damping capacity of the Ni49Ga27Fe21Co3 ferromagnetic shape memory alloy (FSMA)was investigated by using low frequency torsion pendulum.The results show that when the strain amplitude was less than 5.0×10-5the damping capacity of the as-casted alloy was determined by frequency.Solid solution of (Fe,Ni)in the alloy decomposed and new phases precipitated during the heat-treatment.The damping capacity of the heat-treated Ni49Ga27Fe21Co3 alloy was determined by frequency and was superior to that of the as-casted alloy and the maximum value was 0.023.
