Effects of Stiffener Parameters on Shear Carrying Capacity of Composite Stiffened Wall Panel
-
Abstract
Shearing test was carried on the composite stiffened wall panel widely used in aircraft, and buckling load and damage load of the stiffened wall panel were obtained at differe stiffener spacing and web height. The effects of stiffener spacing and web height on shear carrying capacity of the siffened wall panel were analyzed. Research show that the buckling form of the panel changed from local-buckling to overall-buckling and both the buckling load and damage load decreased with the increase of stiffener spacing. With the increase of web height, buckling load and damage load all increased and finally tended to certain value, the buckling load and damage load were about 425 kN and 775 kN, when the web height was up to 35 mm.
