Design and Development of Dynaform Material Database Based on Web Technology

Dynaform is a specialized and widely used numerical simulation software for sheet forming. However, the original material database of the software urgently needed to be replenished for lack of the commonly used alloy material data. Using SQL Server 2008 as the database platform, the Dynaform material database system was developed by Visual Studio2012 C# language, achieving the functions like material data query, add, modify, delete, search, sort, and so on. Meanwhile, the material template was established based on the material model from the Dynaform software, then the programs were written to import material parameters of the database to the appropriate location of the template. Finally, the modelling of material parameters was realized, so that the scattered parameters of material database could be directly integrated into the software and provided the convenience for the extracting and calling of data.
